Symposium Registration - Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations should be made in written to EXCON Tourism.

• Full refund less processing charge of 25 € will be made, if cancellation is received before March 01, 2008.

• 50 % of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded if cancellation is received between March 01, 2008 and March 24, 2008.

No refund will be available for the cancellations received after March 24, 2008.

* All refunds due to cancellation will be processed after the symposium in two weeks (Bank transfer expenses have to be covered by the participants).
