Official language of the symposium will be Turkish , English simultaneous translation will be provided.

BADGES
You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the symposium , this badge must be clearly visible at all the times and grants access to the Scientific Sessions and the Commercial Exhibition.

SYMPOSIUM BAG
All participants are strongly recommended to pick up their bag at the registration desk located in the symposium venue.

CERTIFICATE of ATTENDANCE
Certificate of attendance will be given to all delegates on April 26th,2008

INVITATION LETTERS
Invitation letters will be sent upon request. It should be understood that this invitation letter can be used for obtaining visa and does not represent a commitment of the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.

ONLINE FORM & COMFIRMATION
Online registration form should be used when registering for the meeting, social program and hotel reservations. Confirmations will be sent to your e-mail addresses after getting payment confirmation. A copy of this e-mail can also be used as voucher. You can register through our website.

SECRETARIAT ROOM
There will be a symposium secretariat room in the symposium venue in service of participants.

TRANSPORTATION
Antalya is the centre of trade and tourism on the Mediterranean Coast with easy access. Turkish Airlines has regular flights from all major cities of the world by connections from Istanbul and Ankara. There are also many direct scheduled flights by other major airlines between the main European cities and Antalya.

TRANSFER
The distance between the airport to the hotel district is about 1,5 hours.

ANTALYA AIRPORT –HOTEL – ANTALYA AIRPORT TRANSFER
Transfers will be arranged by EXCON Tourism on April 24, 2008 “between Antalya Airport-Hotel” and on April 27, 2008, “between Hotel-Antalya Airport” . This service is free to all participants.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS
Please contact EXCON Tourism for special transfer requests. Special transfer requests will be taken into consideration only if there is a flight delay in 48 hours

VISA & CUSTOM REGULATIONS
Türkiye does not require visa from most European and Overseas Countries. Please contact the nearest Turkish Consulate or Embassy for further information.

CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
In April, the weather in Antalya is pleasantly mild, usually partly cloudy or sunny, but rain is not a surprise. The temperature is about 18 °C. during the daytime. Water temperature is about 20 degrees Celsius.
Sweaters or light jackets may be needed during the evening.

TIME ZONE & ELECTRICITY
Antalya time is GMT + 2. (as elsewhere in Türkiye). Electric voltage in Turkey is 220 volts. European styles round two pin plugs are used. Appliances designed to operate on 110-120 volts need a voltage converter and a plug adapter.

CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE
The currency unit is the Turkish Lira (represented in letters YTL) Convertible foreign currency may be exchanged at the airport, in hotels and all banks in the city as well in exchange offices, at the current daily exchange rates. US dollars and Euro are accepted best. Other currencies may have unfavorable exchange rates.
All major credit cards (VISA, MASTER, EURO, AMEX, DINNERS etc.) are accepted in most hotels, shops and restaurants.

BANKS and POST OFFICES
Banks and post offices are open between 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:30 on weekdays. Saturday and Sunday are official holidays.
