The check-outs from the hotel should be completed by April 27, 2008, Sunday, at 12.00 the latest. Since the hotel is full, no late-check-out is possible. The rooms that are not checked out by this time, extra 40 €(per person) will be charged from the guest. Please take this point in consideration.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

In order to make your reservation complete ,please pay the full registration & accomodation fee and send the bank payment form with the registration form to the Symposium Secretariat .

The submissions will be valid after the bank payment receipt and accommodation form are sent to the Symposium Secretariat.

Reservations will be made according to the arrival time of the forms. Hotel reservation received after March 07, 2008 can not be guaranteed and will be made according to availability only.
